加压流体萃取—气相色谱法测定海洋生物体中的666和DDT

摘要
海洋生物体中666和DDT经过加压流体萃取、净化、浓缩,用带电子捕获检测器的毛细管柱气相色谱仪测定。实验结果表明,666和DDT曲线线性良好,相关系数可达0.995以上;检出限能够满足《海洋生物质量标准》一级标准限值要求;加标回收率范围为86.3%~89.1%,相对标准偏差范围为2.7%~4.7%,相对误差范围为10.9%~13.7%。采集渤海湾6个点位的海洋生物体样品,利用本方法前处理,气相色谱法测定,666测定范围为未检出~0.629μg/kg,DDT测定范围为未检出~0.584μg/kg。
        BHC and DDT in marine organisms were extracted by ASE,purified and concentrated,and then determined by capillary column gas chromatography(ECD). The experimental results show that BHC and DDT curves are linear and the correlation coefficient is above 0.995,and the limit of detection can meet the requirements of the first class standard of the Marine Biological Quality Standard;the recoveries ranged from 86.3% to 89.1%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2.7% to 4.7%,and the relative errors ranged from 10.9% to 13.7%.The samples collected from six sampling sites in Bohai bay were pretreated with this method and determined by gas chromatography. The experimental results show that BHC was in the range of ND to 0.629 μg/kg,and DDT was in the range of ND to 0.584 μg/kg.
