摘要
介绍了液化石油气MEROX工艺脱硫醇装置运行工况及液膜接触器深度脱硫技术改造方案。改造前产品液化石油气总硫在50 mg/m~3左右,每年排放废碱液600~700 t;改造后装置连续运行9个月,产品液化石油气总硫稳定在10 mg/m~3以下,累计排放废碱液约20 t,废碱液排放量较改造前减少约97%。同时分析了改造前产品液化石油气总硫及废碱液排放量超标的原因,通过采用液膜接触器碱洗技术以提高液化石油气硫醇脱除率、采用深度氧化及液膜接触器溶剂反抽提技术提高再生碱液质量等措施后,再生碱液中硫醇钠和二硫醚的质量分数控制在100μg/g以下,同时采用氮气气提技术降低再生碱液中溶解氧含量,进一步提高二硫醚脱除深度。
        The operating conditions of mercaptan removal plant for FCC LPG by MEROX process are introduced,and the technical revamping of deep desulfurization using liquid film contactors is analyzed. Before the revamping,the total sulfur of the LPG product was about 50 mg/m~3,and 600-700 tons of spent caustic were discharged annually. After the revamping,the plant has been running continuously for 9 months,the total sulfur of the LPG product is maintained at lower than 10 mg/m~3,and about 20 tons of spent caustic are discharged. The discharge of spent caustic is 97% lower than that before the revamping. At the same time,the causes of off-specifications of LPG total sulfur and spent caustic emissions are analyzed. After application of liquid film contactors technology to improve LPG mercaptan removal rate and using the deep oxidation and the liquid film contactors,etc to improve the quality of the regenerated caustic,the sodium mercaptite content and disulfide ether content in the regenerated caustic are controlled at less than 100 μg/g. At the same time,the nitrogen gas stripping technology is applied to reduce the dissolved oxygen content of the regenerated caustic.The removal of ether disulfide has been further improved to achieve double drop reasons,including using the fible l at the same time.
