基于省部委共建院校探索中医师承教育模式的改革与创新

摘要
依托省部委共建高校平台,开展和探索思考新时代中医师承教育模式,寻找中医药师承发展规律,切合中医药临床需要。在阐述师承起源和师承传统发展模式的基础上,提出新时代师承培养模式应该以培养高、精、尖人才为目标,始终贯穿中医思维理念,引入SECI师承智库、融入"互联网+"师承模式等多种教学模式。今日莘莘学子,明日国家精英。在高等院校教育为主的今天,探索师承教育的改革与创新,充分发挥师承教育的优势,促进中医药学精英人才的培养和发展。导之以理,抚之以术,这种培养方式的目的是打开中医瑰宝的大门,培养优秀的中医人。
Relying on the platform of provincial ministries and commissions, we carry out and explore a new era of education mode of TCM teachers and students, to find the law of development of TCM practitioners, and to meet the clinical needs of TCM. On the basis of the traditional development mode of teacher's origin and teaching, this paper puts forward that the training mode of students training in the new era should aim at training high, refined and sharp talents, and throughout the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine, introducing SECI teacher's think tank model and integrating into the "Internet + " mode. Today 's students are tomorrow's national elite. In today's higher education-oriented society, we should explore the reform and innovation of teacher-training education,give full play to the advantages of teacher-training education, and promote the cultivation and development of elite talents of traditional Chinese medicine. It helps to train the excellent Chinese medicine practitioners by opening the door to the treasures of traditional Chinese medicine.
