氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的临床效果

摘要
目的研究对新生儿肺炎采用氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的疗效。方法 80例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。所有患儿均采取常规治疗措施,对照组在此基础上予以氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,观察组则采用氨溴索与布地奈德联合雾化吸入进行治疗,观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组显效26例、有效13例、无效1例,总有效率为97.50%;对照组显效15例、有效17例、无效8例,总有效率为80.00%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氨溴索与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎患儿可有效提高治疗效果,临床应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To study the efficacy of ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 pneumonia neonates as study subjects were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group.All patients received conventional therapy, and the control group was also treated with ambroxol. The observation group was treated with combined aerosol inhalation of ambroxol and budesonide. The treatment effect in two groups was observed and compared. Results The observation group had 26 excellent cases, 13 effective cases, and1 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 97.50%. The control group had 15 excellent cases, 17 effective cases, and 8 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 80.00%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined aerosol inhalation of ambroxol and budesonide can effectively improve treatment effect of neonatal pneumonia with high clinical application value, and it is worthy of promotion.
