摘要
为了考察毛竹风力机叶片的振动特性,计算和分析了毛竹叶片在静止工况下的模态频率与振型、额定工况下的位移与应力。结果表明:毛竹叶片振型以挥舞为主,具有较高的抗扭能力,但抗摆振能力较弱;风轮与塔架的安装距离应参考毛竹叶片最大位移3.314m来设计;最大应力发生在毛竹叶片中部,应针对这个部位进行强度校核以防止叶片的受损。
In order to investigate the vibration characteristics of bamboo wind turbine blade,the modal frequencies and vibration shapes of the bamboo blade under static working condition and the displacement and stress under rated working condition are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the vibration shapes are mainly waving for the bamboo blade,which has high torsion resistance,but weak shimmy resistance. The installation distance between the wind turbine and the tower should be designed with reference to the maximum displacement of the bamboo blade of 3.314 m. The maximum stress occurs in the middle of the bamboo blade,and the strength check should be carried out to prevent the damage of the blade.
