大角度深圆锥件多道次渐进成形工艺的研究

摘要
当成形角度较大、成形深度较深时,圆锥件的渐进成形需要多道次。本文以大角度深圆锥件为研究对象,研究了该类零件在多道次渐进成形工艺下的道次计算以及路径规划。基于有限元分析软件建立了相应的模型。以最大减薄率为准则,通过数值模拟和实验验证了圆锥件多道次渐进成形计算公式和路径规划的科学性。
        When the forming angle is larger and the forming depth is deep, the incremental forming of the cone parts needs multi-pass. Taking the deep cone part with large angle as the research object, the pass calculation and path planning of this kind of parts under the multi-pass incremental forming process were studied. Based on the finite element analysis software, the corresponding model was established. Taking the maximum thinning rate as the criterion, the calculation formula and the path planning of multi-pass incremental forming of cone parts were verified by numerical simulation and experiment.
