金刚藤及菝葜茎、叶的黄酮含量比较研究

摘要
目的比较金刚藤(菝葜根茎)及菝葜茎、叶中总黄酮及落新妇苷的含量差异,确定菝葜茎、叶部分的利用价值。方法采用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定金刚藤及菝葜茎、叶的总黄酮含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定金刚藤及菝葜茎、叶中落新妇苷的含量。结果金刚藤中总黄酮含量为49.87~56.33 mg/g,落新妇苷含量为4.67~5.12 mg/g;菝葜茎中总黄酮含量为40.99~48.56 mg/g,落新妇苷含量为3.67~4.14 mg/g;菝葜叶中总黄酮含量为14.85~22.34 mg/g,落新妇苷含量为0.98~1.32 mg/g。结论菝葜不同部位的总黄酮和落新妇苷含量存在较大差异,菝葜茎、叶可以用于提取分离制备总黄酮,但不可替代金刚藤使用。本试验为菝葜的开发利用提供参考数据。
        Objective To compare the differences in the contents of total flavonoids and astilbin from Smilax bockii Warb(Smilax china L. rhizome) and the stems and leaves of Smilax china L., and determine the utilization value of the stems and leaves of Smilax china L.. Methods The content of total flavonoids in Smilax bockii Warb and stems and leaves of Smilax china L. were determined by UV method. The content of astilbin in the stems and leaves of Smilax china L. was determined by HPLC. Results In Smilax bockii Warb, the content of total flavonoids was 49.87-56.33 mg/g, the content of astilbin was 4.87-5.12 mg/g; in the stems of Smilax china L., the content of total flavonoids was40.99-48.56 mg/g, the content of astilbin was 3.67-4.14 mg/g; in the leaves of Smilax china L., the content of total flavonoids was 18.23-22.34 mg/g, and the content of astilbin was 1.03-1.32 mg/g. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids and astilbin in different parts of Smilax china L. is quite different. The stems and leaves of Smilax china L.can be used for extraction and separation of total flavonoids, but can not be substitutes for Smilax bockii Warb. This test provides reference data for the development and utilization of Smilax china L..
