基于资源诅咒理论研究山西省煤炭产业转型发展

摘要
山西作为资源大省,经济发展与资源产业紧密相关。煤炭产业作为山西省支柱产业,其发展程度和发展水平直接影响全省经济结构和发展程度。由于资源型产业发展的挤出效应,山西省其他产业发展受到制约。目前,在经济发展的资源环境约束进一步加强的情况下,如何破解"资源诅咒",实现煤炭产业转型升级,带入良性发展轨道,具有重要的现实意义。本文基于资源诅咒理论和产业经济学相关理论,研究山西省作为资源型地区、煤炭产业作为资源型产业的转型发展路径和破除资源诅咒路径依赖的方法。
As a province full of resources,Shanxi's economic development is closely related to its resource industries.Coal industry is the pillar industry of Shanxi Province,whose economic structure and development is directly affected by the development of the industry.Due to the crowding out effect of the development of the resource-based industry,the development of other industries in Shanxi province has been restricted.At present,in the case of the further strengthen of resources and environmental constraints to the economic,how to crack the "resource curse" and make the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry came true is much more important.Based on the Resource Curse Theory and the theory of industrial economics,this thesis is trying to study the restructuring and development path of the coal industry as a resource-based industrial in Shanxi Province as the resource type area.
