基于结构方程的资源型产业影响因素研究

摘要
资源型产业发展受各种因素影响,通过文献分析及专家访谈,确定资源型产业影响因素外部环境包括资源条件、产业环境、法律政策、环境因素四个方面,内部管理包括生产管理、人力资源和财务运营三个方面,共36个因素。通过调查问卷形式进行实证分析,通过探索性检验剔除5项对量表信度及效度造成影响的因素,最终保留31项影响因素并构建结构方程进行路径分析。结果显示,外部环境及内部管理均对资源型产业发展有显著性影响,外部环境的变化会引起内部管理的变化,进而继续对资源型产业产生影响;外部环境方面资源条件和产业环境影响较大,法律政策和环境仍有进步空间;内部管理方面生产管理、人力资源、财务运营均对企业发展有重要作用。研究认为可从影响因素角度出发,促进资源型产业发展和升级。
Resources industry development was influenced by various factors.Through literature analysis and expert interviews to determine the resource-based industry influence factors.External environment include resource condition,industry environment,law and policy and ecological environment,and internal management include production management,human resource and finance operation.Empirical analysis was conducted in the form of questionnaire.5factors was excluded for their influences to the reliability and validity of the scale and 31 factors was retained to be analyzed by structural equation model.Results show that both external environment and internal management have significant effects on resourcebased industry.And external environment can impact internal management and further to the industry.Resource condition and industry environment had significant impact on external environment.Law and policy and ecological environment,remained to be improved.Production management,human resource and finance operation all played important roles in the enterprise development.The study indicates that the development and upgrade of resource-based industry can be studied from the aspects of influence factors.
