摘要
以YN30高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,以不均匀性检测结果(不均匀信号)为基础,提出了一种完整地消除发动机工作不均匀性的油量修正控制策略。通过对控制部分的主要部件PI积分器进行设计以及对外围控制策略进行设计,实现了为各缸工作不均匀提供实时、准确修正油量的目标。仿真结果表明,发动机不均匀性的分区控制,可节约大量的计算机内存,提高控制速度和控制精度;PI积分控制可准确计算各缸修正油量,有效消除工作不均匀性。
With YN30 high pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object and non-uniformity detection result(non-uniformity signal) as the research basis, a complete fuel compensation control strategy to eliminate non-uniformity of engine operation was proposed. The PI integrator, the main component of the control part, and the peripheral control strategy is designed. The goal of providing real-time and accurate correction of fuel quantity for uneven working of each cylinder is realized. The simulation results show that the non-uniform partition control of the engine can save a lot of computer memory and improve the control speed and precision. PI integral control can accurately calculate the fuel compensation of each cylinder and effectively eliminate the inhomogeneity of work.
