摘要
在太空等辐射环境条件下,数字集成电路内部的触发器受到辐射效应影响,易发生单粒子翻转错误。本文提出了一种数字电路触发器自动冗余加固方案,基于后端物理平台实现触发器的自动冗余及判决功能。利用寄存器堆网表进行试验评估,评估表明加固后的网表满足加固要求,并且通过逻辑一致性检查,保证了加固后网表的功能正确性。
The data flip-flop in Integrated circuit may be affected by the single event upset resulting from the radiation effect in outer space.This paper presents a method for automatic harden of data flip-flop,including automatic redundancy and vote function, based on back-end physical design platform. The proposed schemeis verified by the netlist of register file. The experiments show that, the harden netlist can meet the design requirements, and pass logic equivalence check which ensures the validity of netlist function.
