摘要
药物研发以及药物临床试验正在不断推进,同时,药物分析基质也呈现出多样化的趋势,对不同基质中的药物进行快速和精准的定量分析具有非常重要的意义。化学多维校正方法采用"数学分离"替代或者增强传统的物理和化学分离手段,作为一种绿色的分析方法,其凭借"二阶优势",可以实现复杂体系中多组分的快速、同时、实时和原位定量分析,具有非常广阔的应用前景。本文主要综述了采用化学多维校正方法结合多种高阶分析仪器,对不同背景基质中的多组分药物进行精准定量分析的相关工作。主要包括生物基质中各类药物的含量测定,部分药物的药代动力学过程以及药物与生物大分子的相互作用过程定量监控研究,中药活性成分的含量测定以及食品和环境中的药物残留的检测等。
        With the fast development of drug researches and drug clinical trials,as well as the diversification of analysis matrix,rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of drugs in different substrates is of great significance. By utilizing the smart"mathematical separation" to replace or enhance conventional physical and chemical separation means,multi-way calibration method is a green strategy with the well-known"second-order advantage".Therefore,it has a very broad prospect of applications for the fast,simultaneous,real-time and in-situ quantitative analysis of multi-components in complex systems. In this paper,related works of pharmaceutical quantitative analysis in different background matrices with multi-way calibration method coupled with high-order analytical instruments were summarized,including the determination of various drugs in biological matrices,the content of active components in traditional Chinese medicine,drug residues in food and environmental samples,and the monitoring of the pharmacokinetic process of some drugs,as well as drug-biomacromolecule interaction studies.
