摘要
为解决营配贯通过程中营配网末端设备建模不统一和建模工作复杂等问题,遵循IEC 61970-301/61968-11标准,按照IEC-CIM建模方法论、设计思路以及模型扩展原则设计营配网末端设备公共信息模型。首先,按照电网资源和资产分开基本原则进行建模;其次,制定营配网末端设备公共信息模型的设计思路、设计原则以及设计规范;再次,按照变电站-线路-变压器-接入点-计量点-用户主线,设计营配网末端设备公共信息模型;最后,开发模型校验工具验证所设计营配网末端设备公共信息模型的准确性,统计模型规模,并将模型自动转化为Word文档用于发布。本文所提出的模型设计方法,可用于指导营配信息集成及后续模型设计
        To solve the problems in information acquisition and modeling for integrated marketing and distribution terminal device, such as non-unified model and the complexity of modeling, according to the IEC 61970-301/61968-11 standard, the paper provides a common information model(CIM) design for the integrated marketing and distribution terminal device, conforming to the modeling methodology, design ideas and extension principle of international electrotechnical commission CIM(IEC-CIM). Firstly, data model is designed according to the principle of power grid resources and assets separation. Secondly, the design ideas, design principles and design specifications are proposed for the integrated marketing and distribution terminal device. Again, the model of the integrated marketing and distribution terminal device is designed in accordance with substation-line-power transformer-access point-metering point-topological structure. Finally, model verification tool is developed to verify the accuracy of the CIM for the integrated marketing and distribution terminal device, determining the constructed model scale while converting the model into Word documents to release.
