摘要
根据2015—2016年夏、冬两季渤海-北黄海2个航次21个站位浮游动物样品,分析了该海域种类组成、时空分布和物种多样性的变化。并结合现场环境参数,分析了环境因子与群落结构的相关性。结果显示,夏、冬两季共有浮游动物81种/类,其中夏季渤海57种、北黄海45种;冬季渤海30种、北黄海39种。夏冬两季在两个水域均出现的优势种为:中华哲水蚤、小拟哲水蚤、拟长腹剑水蚤、强壮箭虫、桡足类无节幼虫和桡足幼体。渤海夏季平均湿重生物量、丰度和香农-威纳指数分别为858.01mg·m~(-3)、6 310.82ind·m~(-3)和2.994;冬季分别为237.89mg·m~(-3)、264.36ind·m~(-3)和2.591。北黄海夏季平均湿重生物量、丰度和香农-威纳指数分别为772.23mg·m~(-3)、4 343.44ind·m~(-3)和2.64;冬季分别为257.52mg·m~(-3)、1 024.56ind·m~(-3)和2.23。聚类分析结果得出,夏季分为3个群落,冬季分为2个群落。相关性分析表明,影响浮游动物分布的主要环境因子为盐度和浊度。
        In order to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of zooplankton in the Bohai and the North Huanghai,the species composition,distribution and species diversity of zooplankton were analyzed by using zooplankton samples collected during summer and winter in 2015—2016.The relationship between environmental factors and biomass,abundance and Shannon-Wiener index was discussed.The results showed that 81 species of zooplankton were found in the two seasons,and the copepods were the dominant species,accounting for 35.8%of the total species.There were 69 species in the summer,including 57 species in the Bohai and 45 species in the North Huanghai.There were 50 species in the winter,including 30 species in the Bohai and 39 species in the North Huanghai.In summer and winter,the dominant species appeared in both waters were Calanus sinicus,Paracalanus parvus,Oithona similis,Sagitta crassa,Nauplius larva(Copepoda)and Copepoda larva,respectively.In summer,the average wet biomass,abundance and Shannon-Wiener index in the Bohai were 858.01 mg·m~(-3),6 310.82 ind·m~(-3) and3.00,respectively.And in winter were 237.89 mg·m~(-3),264.36 ind·m~(-3) and 2.60,respectively.In summer,the average biomass,abundance and Shannon-Weiner index in the North Huanghai were 772.23 mg·m~(-3),4 343.40 ind·m~(-3) and 2.64,respectively.In winter were 257.52 mg·m~(-3),1 024.56 ind·m~(-3) and 2.23,respectively.The correlation analysis showed that the distribution of zooplankton was mainly affected by temperature,salinity,chlorophyll a concentration and turbidity in summer,and in winter was by turbidity.The CLUSTER results showed that there were three communities in the summer,which were the Yellow River Estuary community,the Bohai community and the North Huanghai community.In winter it was divided into two communities,the Yellow River community and the Bohai-North Yellow Sea community.
