摘要
为选育鲤优良新品种,本实验以3个分别来自河南黄河鲤良种场、詹店和楚楼水库的黄河鲤群体和1个超级鲤群体为亲本共构建了9个家系。在11月龄时对每个家系进行体长、体高和体质量等生长指标进行测量和分析,结果显示F1505家系的体质量在所有家系中处于中间值,因此选取F1505家系作为对照组,与对照组相比, F1508家系显著低于对照组, F1504极显著低于对照组, F1503极显著高于对照组;养殖成活率最高的2个家系其父本均为超级鲤;变异系数分析结果显示各个家系的体质量变异系数均较大。本研究为进一步选育鲤新品种提供了一定的家系材料和理论依据。
        In order to breed a new superior carp variety, nine carp families were established based on four populations including three populations of Yellow River carp(Cyprinus carpio) respectively from the Farm of Well-bred Species, Zhandian, Chulou Reservoir and a super carp population. Eleven months after hatching, body length, body height and body weight of each family was measured and analyzed. The result indicated that the body weight value of F1505 family was in the middle of all the families, so F1505 family was defined as the control group. The families of F1504(p<0.01)and F1508(p<0.05)were significantly lower than F1505 and F1503(p<0.01) but was significantly higher than F1505. Super carp was the male parent of two families with the highest breeding survival rate. The wide variable coefficient of the body weight in all the families indicated that the families had large breeding potentiality. This research provided some family data and laid a theoretical foundation for breeding new carp varieties.
