摘要
介绍了我国薄煤层开采常规使用的刮板输送机存在的问题,并根据存在的问题确定了薄煤层刮板输送机在过渡槽和头尾架的连接方式、电机布置方式、中部结构、槽帮材料和链轮体五个方面的改进措施。这五个方面的改进措施在充分满足了可靠性、先进性、互换性、适用性和经济性的现代化煤炭生产要求的同时,也切实保障了薄煤层回采工作的安全与高效。
This paper introduces the existing problems of scraper conveyor used in thin coal seam mining in our country, and determines the improvement measures of connection mode, motor arrangement mode and middle structure of scraper conveyor in the aqueduct and head and tail frame,sprocket material and sprocket body according to the existing problems. The improvement measures in these five aspects not only fully meet the requirements of modern coal production such as reliability, advanced nature, interchangeability, applicability, and economy, but also ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mining in thin coal seam.
