摘要
通过研究新型杂环类溴代阻燃剂三(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯(TBC)对微拟球藻的毒理效应,探索TBC对海洋初级生产力的作用机制.实验选用微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis sp.)为供试藻种,以微藻急性毒性、生长率、抑制率、叶绿素浓度和光合活性的变化为参数,研究微拟球藻对不同浓度的TBC产生的毒理效应.结果表明,藻细胞密度随TBC浓度增加而明显下降,且呈现较好的剂量-效应关系;微拟球藻叶绿素浓度与TBC浓度存在剂量效应关系,即微拟球藻叶绿素浓度随TBC浓度升高呈现下降的趋势,TBC微拟球藻光合色素含量的增加有抑制作用.本研究为TBC对海洋生态毒理学的研究提供了一些新的科学依据.
        In this research,toxicity of tris-( 2,3-dibromopropyl) Isocyanurate( TBC) on marine primary productivity( Nannochloropsis sp.) had been studied. In order to study the toxicological effect of different concentrations of TBC on Nannochloropsis sp.,growth rate,inhibition rate,chlorophyll concentration and photosynthetic activity were chosen as experimental parameters. The results demonstrated that algal cell density decreased with increasing concentration of TBC,and showed a dose-effect relationship. The chlorophyll concentration and photosynthetic activity were inhibited obviously by TBC. This study could provide some new scientific data for the research of TBC on the marine ecological toxicology.
