摘要
为获得荔枝新优品种开展了荔枝田间自交、常规杂交及远缘杂交育种,结果表明:7个父本品种花粉培养10 h后的发芽率为47.08%~69.12%,花粉管长度为153.59~222.63μm,完全能够满足人工授粉的要求;人工授粉后最终共获得YA1自交苗26株,焦核三月红自交苗4株,马贵荔自交苗97株;马贵荔×焦核三月红获得杂种苗149株,马贵荔×糯米糍获得194株,马贵荔×桂味获得158株,马贵荔×无核荔获得121株,紫娘喜×无核荔获得52株,远缘杂交组合石硖龙眼×紫娘喜获得32株。
        In order to obtain new superior cultivars of litch,field selfing,conventional and distant hybrid breeding were conducted. The results were as follows: the pollen germination rate of 7 male cultivars reached to 47.08% to 69.12% after cultured for 10 hours,pollen tube length was 153.59 ~ 222.63μm,fully able to meet the requirements of artificial pollination. Eventually obtained 26 of YA1 selfing seedlings, 4 of Jiaohesanyuehong and 97 of Maguili. 149 of hybrid seedlings were obtained from Maguili × Jiaohesanyuehong, 194 of that from Maguili×Nuomici, 158 from Maguili×Guiwei, 121 from Maguili×Wuheli and 52 from Ziniangxi×Wuheli. There is 32 distant hybrid seedlings from Shixia longan×Ziniangxi.
