摘要
目的评价广州市全科医生骨干培训的效果,提出改进建议,推广可借鉴之处。方法对学员、学员所在单位主管领导和同事、各区卫生计生局开展问卷调查和定性访谈。结果学员在全科医学理论知识掌握、临床技能、基层实践能力上都有所提升,对此次培训表示"非常满意"和"比较满意"的学员比例超过85%,其中学员对临床科室轮转培训的评价最高。结论此次培训在筛选培训对象、加大政策支持力度、完善培训方案和课程设置方面需进一步改进,同时总结了本项目的可借鉴之处。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of backbone training of general practitioners in Guangzhou, and to put forward suggestions for improvement, which can be used for reference. Methods Questionnaires and qualitative interviews were conducted among the trainees, their supervisors and colleagues, and the district health and family planning bureaus. Results The proportion of students who expressed "very satisfied" and "relatively satisfied" with the training was more than 85%. Among them, the evaluation of rotational training in clinical departments was the highest. Conclusion The training needs further improvement in selecting training objects, increasing policy support, improving training programs and curriculum settings. At the same time, it summarizes the reference of this project.
