关于美国社交媒体战略的人文关怀与档案服务路径创新的思考

摘要
论文以NARA发布的《社交媒体战略》中体现的"人文关怀"为线索,总结出社交媒体战略对于创新档案服务的三条基本路径,即以合法性保障为基石,以高水平运营团队为支撑,以高质量服务内容为主线,实现档案服务的创新发展。最后归纳了利用社交媒体开展档案服务过程中暴露出的一些隐患,呼吁档案服务保持对社交媒体的"敬畏心"和"警惕心",切忌使档案服务创新流于形式。
Based on the Humanistic Care embodied in the Social Media Strategy issued by the National Archives of America(NARA), this paper summarizes three basic paths of social media strategy for innovative archival services, namely, taking legitimacy as the cornerstone, high-level operation team as the support, and high-quality service content as the main line to achieve innovative development of archival services. Finally, the article summarizes some hidden dangers exposed in the process of using social media to carry out archival services, and calls on archival services to maintain their awe and vigilance towards social media, so as not to make the innovation of archival services mere formality.
