习近平知青经历对大学生成长成才的启示

青年习近平在梁家河的曲折经历和艰苦磨砺,为他养成优秀品质、奠定领袖人格打下了扎实的基石,给当代青年树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观提供了榜样,对大学生的成长成才具有重要的启示:坚定不移的理想信念是大学生成长成才的指路明灯,至真至朴的人民情怀是大学生成长成才的价值指针,求真务实的责任担当是大学生成长成才的人格基石,逆境升华的意志品格是大学生成长成才的精神支柱,艰苦奋斗的创业精神是大学生成长成才的内生动力,勤学好思的优良学风是大学生成长成才的压舱之宝。
Young Xi Jinping ′s tortuous experience and hard work in Liang Jiahe have laid a substantial foundation for his excellent character and leader personality,which sets an example for contemporary youth to build up a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,and has important enlightenment to college students′ growth and success: the firm faith is a beacon light to college students′ growth and success; the true and plain feelings of the people is a value pointer to college students′ growth and success; the responsibility of seeking truth and pragmatism is the cornerstone of their personality; and the spiritual support of college students′ growing up and becoming talents is a sublimation of the will character of adversity.The pioneering spirit of hard struggle is the endogenous motive force for college students to grow into talentes,and the excellent style of study is the treasure for college students to grow up and become talented people.
