摘要

互联网技术的快速发展,对远程教育课程团队建设提出了新的要求和挑战。"互联网+"背景下课程团队建设是提升远程教育教学质量的重要保障,是远程教育教学运行机制创新探索的重要课题。本文从远程教育课程团队建设的必要性出发,分析了远程教育课程团队构建中遇到的问题,探索建立更合理、有效的远程教育课程团队模式,以提升远程教育团队的效能。
        New requirements and challenges are put forward to the team building of Distance Education Courses with the high rapid development of internet technology. Team building of Distance Education Courses under the background of "Internet +" is an important guarantee to improve the distance education quality, which is also an important subject for the innovative exploration of the operation mechanism of distance education. Based on the necessity of the construction of distance education curriculum team, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the construction of distance education curriculum team and explores the establishment of a more reasonable and effective distance education curriculum team model to enhance the effectiveness of the distance education team.
