摘要
将猪、牛、山羊革沿剪口撕裂,裂口产生许多胶原蛋白纤维束,在显微镜下放大测量纤维束的长度、粗细程度以及观察胶原纤维分散程度等显微特征,通过纤维束长度、粗细程度、分散程度等数据,与标准皮革样品图库数据进行比对,完成猪、牛、山羊革材质鉴别。结果表面,纤维束长4~10 mm,粗20~40μm,分散程度很小,稍扁,很直的是猪皮;纤维束长3~10 mm,粗70~140μm,分散程度较小,较圆的是牛皮;纤维束长6 mm以内,粗30~70μm,分散程度较大,稍扁,略卷曲的是山羊皮。
        The pig skin leather, bovine hide leather and goat skin leather along the seam were teared. A lot of collagen bundle appeared on the split, and were tested under a microscope. And the length and thickness of collagen bundle have been measured. The degree of collagen fiber dispersion and other microscopic characteristics can be observed. All the test data were compared with standard leather database. The results showed that the length of collagen bundle appeared from4 mm to 10 mm, the thickness of collagen bundle range from 20 μm to 40 μm. And the degree of collagen fiber dispersion was very small, the collagen bundle appeared a little flat and very straight, which indicated pig skin leather properties. The length of collagen bundle showed from 3 mm to 10 mm, the thickness of collagen bundle range from 70 μm to 140 μm, and the degree of collagen fiber dispersion was a little small. The collagen bundle looked more round, the all properties together indicated bovine hide leather; and which the length of collagen bundle was within 6 mm, the thickness of collagen bundle range from 30 μm to 70 μm, and the degree of collagen fiber dispersion is more great, the collagen bundle looks a little flat and a bit curly, the all properties together indicate goat skin leather.
