摘要
核苷类化合物是抗病毒及抗肿瘤方面的热点药物之一,目前关于核苷的合成及检测已有了广泛的研究,但从天然产物中分离报道的核苷类化合物较少。通过对国内外文献调研,本论文从核苷的来源、化学结构以及药理活性等方面进行综述,分析天然核苷的种类特点及药理作用,为核苷类成分的进一步应用和开发研究提供参考。
        Nucleosides are one of the hot drugs for antivirus and antitumor. At present,the synthesis and detection of nucleosides have been widely studied,but there are few nucleosides reported from natural products. Through literature research at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the origin,chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of nucleosides,analyzed the characteristics and pharmacological effects of natural nucleosides,and provided reference for the further application and development of nucleosides.
