摘要
为开展透水混凝土路面基层的配合比优化研究,采用正交试验法研究孔隙率、水灰比、骨料粒径三种因素对透水混凝土抗压强度和渗透系数的影响。试验结果表明,孔隙率对透水混凝土性能的影响最为显著;当孔隙率在18%~22%,水灰比在0.26~0.29,骨料粒径在9.5~19.0 mm时,透水混凝土的性能较优,其抗压强度可以达到C25,渗透系数大于6 mm/s。
        In order to optimize the proportioning of pervious concrete pavement,the influence of porosity,water-cement ratio and aggregate particle size on compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete was studied by orthogonal test.The test results show that the effect of porosity is most significant.When the porosity is between 18% and 22%,the water-cement ratio is between 0.26 and0.29,and the aggregate particle size is between 9.5 and 19 mm,the pervious concrete with the compressive strength of C25 and the permeability coefficient of more than 6 mm/s was prepared.
