摘要
在上海某水厂自来水深度处理工艺改造中,主要采用了臭氧活性碳工艺。气源供应方式的不同是影响臭氧处理工艺效率和运行成本的主要因素之一。通过对使用空气、液态纯氧(即LOX)以及现场制氧(单床真空变压吸附制氧,即VPSA)三种途径的比较,确定最佳方案,并从实践中总结出安全运行的经验。
The process of ozone and activated carbon is used in the deep treatment system of a Water Treatment Plant(WTP).Gas supply is one of the main factors that affect the efficiency and operating costs of ozone treatment process.The best solution can be determined through the comparison of three ways:the use of air,liquid oxygen(i.e.,LOX)and on-site oxygen generator(vacuum pressure swing adsorption,VPSA).The experience of safe operation is summarized from practice.
