摘要

本文以档案管理、市场经济等理论为依据,结合核工业地质、科研、生产的实践活动,阐述核工业地质档案资料信息化开发利用的必要性;从制约开发利用因素的研究,提出平衡核工业地质档案资料信息化开发利用与管理关系的注意事项;从开发实践、方式和价值等方面研究核工业地质档案信息化开发的步骤和方法;从档案价值、经济的角度分析核工业地质档案信息化开发产品的基本意义和功能。
        Based on the theories of archives management and market economy, this paper expounds the necessity of informatized development and utilization of geological archives of nuclear industry in combination with the practical activities of geology,scientific research and production in nuclear industry. Based on the study on factors restricting the development and utilization, the paper puts forward some matters needing attention to balance the relationship between informatized development and utilization and management of geological archives. The steps and methods of informatized development are studied from the perspective of development practice, method and value. The basic significance and function of informatized development is analyzed from the perspective of archives value and economy.
