摘要

介绍了碱性嫩黄O标准样品均匀性和稳定性的评价过程。按照此评价方法,研制了均匀性和稳定性良好的碱性嫩黄O标准样品,用于检测食品中违禁添加的碱性嫩黄O的质量保证与质量控制,符合标准样品要求。
        The evaluation of homogeneity and stability in the development process of Auramine standard sample was introduced. According to the evaluation,the standard sample of Auramine with good homogeneity and stability was produced,which meets the requirements of standard sample analysis and can be used for quality assurance and control in the detection of illegally adding Auramine in food.
