摘要
当前我国的轨道交通行业正处于快速发展的阶段,轨道车辆中电气连接的可靠性直接影响着车辆的运行安全,电气连接主要由各式各样的连接器进行串联,而连接器的组装工艺的优劣关键在于连接器端子的压接质量。目前,国内对压接端子压接端子的可靠性研究性尚在起步阶段,还没有一套完备的体系或者标准来论述该项内容,因此对压接端子压接质量的分析和研究是一个亟待解决的课题。本文主要对轨道交通行业的压接工艺进行分析,并提出了提高压接工艺的一些看法。
