夹胫推肘牵膝推拿法治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘要
目的研究夹胫推肘牵膝推拿法在膝骨关节炎治疗方面的效果。方法将2012年3月—2016年11月在该院接受治疗的膝骨关节炎患者120例作为研究对象,根据患者入院治疗顺序将其随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组服用西乐葆治疗,实验组应用夹胫推肘牵膝推拿法治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗有效率、疼痛积分、日常活动难度情况。结果实验组的患者在临床治疗总有效率、疼痛积分以及日常活动难度情况方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨关节炎应用夹胫推肘牵膝推拿法治疗,镇痛效果显著,能有效改善患者僵硬度,提升患者生活质量,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To study the effect of the technique of pulling the tibia and pushing the elbow and pulling knee on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From March 2012 to November 2016, 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission treatment. The control group was treated with Celebrex and the experimental group Knee massage therapy, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical treatment efficiency, pain points, the difficulty of daily activities. Results The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in the total effective rate of pain, pain points and the difficulty of daily activities. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis is effective in improving the patient 's stiffness and improving the quality of life of patients with knee-tibia push-pull knee massage. The clinical application value is significant.
