妇科腹腔镜手术的并发症及其防治

摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的并发症情况,并根据实际情况提出防治对策。方法整群选取该院2010年8月—2015年8月收治的1 345例患者病历进行回顾性分析,观察患者的并发症发生类型及分布情况。结果妇科腹腔镜手术的并发症发生率3.35%,其中气腹相关并发症发生率0.89%,术中并发症1.19%,术后并发症1.26%。Ⅰ类手术并发症发生率为1.62%,Ⅱ类手术并发症发生率为2.70%,Ⅲ类手术并发症发生率为4.46%,Ⅳ类手术并发症发生率为23.81%。结论在选择手术方案时考虑患者实际情况,选择手术方案。通过医师技能培训、增加患者依从性、及时针对性预防感染等,降低手术并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss the complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and put forward the prevention and cure measures according to the actual conditions. Methods The disease histories of 1345 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence types and distribution conditions of the complications of the patients were observed. Results The incidence rate of complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery was 3.35%, among them, the incidence rates of complications related to aeroperitonia, intraoperative complications and postoperative complications were respectively 0.89%,1.19% and 1.26%, the incidence rates of operative complications of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ were respectively 1.62%, 2.70%, 4.46% and 23.81%. Conclusion We should take the patient's actual conditions into consideration when selecting the operative plans, and reduce the occurrence of operative complications by physician skill training, enhancing the compliance of patients and preventing infection timely and accordingly.
