中医药干预TGF-β1/Smads信号通路对组织器官细胞纤维化调控作用的研究进展

摘要
转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)是一种重要的调节细胞外基质(ECM)积聚的细胞因子,也是目前治疗组织器官细胞纤维化的新靶点。近年来中医药在防治心、肝、肺、肾等组织器官细胞纤维化相关疾病方面取得了较好的临床疗效,随着Smads蛋白家族的研究深入,对各组织器官细胞纤维化发生机制的探讨已进入细胞内信号转导、细胞因子水平,了解转录和转录后水平的细胞内信号通路之间的交叉对话,将使我们能够开发出特异性和有效的治疗方法。因此,探讨中医药对TGF-β1/Smads信号通路的调控作用,将为中医药预防及治疗各组织器官细胞纤维化相关的疾病提供有力依据。就中医药干预TGF-β1/Smads信号通路对心肌纤维化、肝纤维化、肺纤维化、肾脏纤维化及前列腺纤维化的调控作用研究进展进行综述。
        TGF-β1 is an important cytokine that regulates the accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) and a new target for the treatment of cell fibrosis in tissues and organscurrently. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical results in the prevention and treatment of cell fibrosis-related diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney. With the deep research of Smads protein family, the mechanism of cell fibrosis in various tissues and organs, exploring the cross-talk between cells that have entered intracellular signal transduction, cytokine levels, and understanding intracellular signaling pathways at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels will allow us to develop specific and effective treatments. Therefore, to explore the regulation of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway by Chinese medicinewill provide a powerful basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases related to cell fibrosis in various tissues and organs. This article reviews the progress of TCM-β1/Smads signaling pathway in the regulation of myocardial fibrosis, liver fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis, renal fibrosis and prostate fibrosis.
