基于PRODAVE通讯的柔性制造仿真系统设计

摘要
针对目前柔性制造系统现场环境复杂、干扰较多以及系统不稳定易发生事故等因素,造成企业研发人员设计调试系统程序困难的问题,提出一种基于PRODAVE的柔性生产线仿真系统设计方案。通过西门子工业仿真开发平台创建虚拟柔性制造系统,并以S7-300实物PLC作为核心控制器,利用PRODAVE V6. 2版本通讯工具进行PLC与虚拟工程项目的实时通讯。最后运行仿真系统验证实现过程的可行性与通讯过程的准确性。该方案有效提高了研发人员工作效率。
        In view of the fact that the flexible manufacturing system has complicated on-site environment,many disturbances,and the system is unstable and prone to accidents and other factors,resulting in the difficulty of designing the debugging system for R&D personnel of the enterprise,a design scheme of a flexible production line simulation system based on PRODAVE is proposed. The Siemens industrial simulation development platform was used to create a virtual flexible manufacturing system. Using S7-300 physical PLC as the core controller, real-time communications between PLC and virtual engineering projects were performed using PRODAVE V6. 2 communication tools. Finally run the simulation system to verify the feasibility of the implementation process and the accuracy of the communication process. The program effectively improves the efficiency of R&D personnel.
