摘要
真核细胞生物受各种外源性刺激因素影响,细胞会表现出微核及染色体畸变等变异形式,该变异的研究和应用在检测技术研发、疾病防控治疗等领域都得到不断完善。本文对该变异产生原理、变异检测方法、变异的应用等不同方面加以综述。
        Affected by various exogenous stimuli,eukaryotic cells might show plenty of abnormal forms such as micronucleus and chromosome aberration. The research and application of the mutations had been much improving in various fields such as detection technology,disease control,etc.. This paper will make a brief summarization on the principles,detection methods and application,etc. of the mutations.
