摘要
介绍了焊接金属波纹管机械密封端面流固耦合分析所需的理论基础和方法。对液膜压力、端面接触力以及力变形进行理论计算。在DM Geometry中进行建模,利用ICEM划分液膜流体网格并设定边界条件,并调入FLUENT与ANSYS中,解得压力场分布、转速与端面平均压力,介质压力与端面平均流速,介质压力与端面平均压力以及泄漏量与转速、介质压力等关系图并进行分析。为密封端面的流固耦合分析提供了一种研究思路,对焊接金属波纹管机械密封的进一步研究起到一定参考作用。
        The theoretical basis and analysis method for the fluid-solid coupling analysis of the welded metal bellows mechanical sealing face were introduced. The liquid film pressure,the end face contact force and the force deformation were theoretically calculated and DM Geometry was used for modeling. ICEM was adopted to divide the liquid film fluid grid and set the boundary conditions and then transferred it into FLUENT and ANSYS for further analysis to obtain the pressure field distribution,speed and end face average pressure,medium pressure and the average flow velocity of the end face. The medium pressure,the average pressure of the end face and a series of relationship diagrams among the leakage amount,the rotational speed and the medium pressure were analyzed. It provides a research idea for the fluid-solid coupling analysis of the sealing face and plays a reference role in study of the welded metal bellows mechanical seal.
