日本落叶松种子园母树生长及种实性状评价

摘要
为提高日本落叶松种子园的产量和品质,以建始县长岭岗林场1.5代无性系种子园为研究对象,通过对母树生长状况、球果产量和种子品质的调查,评价不同无性系生长和结实性状的差异及性状间的相关性,筛选生长和结实兼优的无性系。结果表明:不同无性系之间结实量、球果单果干重和种子千粒重存在极显著差异,球果长宽及苗圃播种发芽率存在显著差异,胸径及其他指标不存在显著差异;相关分析表明胸径与结实量、结实量与发芽率无显著相关,说明种子园优良无性系的选择要兼顾胸径、结实量和发芽率3个指标;选出优良无性系11个,结实量提高14.29%,种子发芽率提高32.96%,可为新一轮的日本落叶松生产群体的构建提供材料。
        To improve the yield and quality of seed orchards,the seed trees in a 1. 5-generation clonal seed orchard of Larix kaempferi were studied in Jianshi County Changlinggang National Forest Farm. The growth,seed yield,and seed quality of seed trees were investigated to evaluate the differences in and relationship of growth and seed characters among clones and select superior clones for both growth and seed characters. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in seed yield,dry weight of a single cone,and thousand seed weight,and significant differences with length and width of cones and seed germination rate for different clones. The difference in DBH and other indicators were not significant. Correlations between DBH and seed yield,seed yield and seed germination rate were not significant. These results showed that all three indicators mentioned should be given consideration in selection of superior clones. Eleven superior clones were selected with a seed yield and seed germination rate14.29% and 32.96% higher,respectively,to provide material to build a new production group.
