妊娠期子宫嵌顿致尿潴留的临床处理分析

<正>妊娠期子宫嵌顿(GUI)是一种罕见的孕期并发症,是指子宫在妊娠期嵌顿于骶岬和耻骨联合之间的盆腔中[1]。随着孕周增加,宫底嵌在骶岬下方逐渐增大,宫颈向前方移位,导致膀胱出口梗阻,出现尿潴留等一系列泌尿系统症状,若未及时处理,可导致膀胱破裂、流产甚至子宫破裂等严重危害母儿健康的后果。现将本院诊治的4例子宫嵌顿致尿潴留病例报道如下。1 临床资料病例1,女,39岁,G3P1,因"停经10+6周,进行性排尿困难3d,加重1d"于2016
