摘要

以中交汇通横琴广场3号办公主塔楼外装幕墙为实例,阐述单元式玻璃幕墙的测量控制方法、安装精度、细部构造处理等安装工艺。并通过细部节点处理,说明防水、防漏、保温、隔音、防雷及防火等问题。对各工序中的关键要点,明确了具体的技术措施,对相关影响因素加以简要分析,使玻璃幕墙的安装质量得到有效控制。
        Taking the exterior curtain wall of the No.3 office main tower of CCCC HengQin Huitong Financial World as an example, we expounded the measurement control method, installation accuracy and detail structure treatment of unit glass curtain wall. Through detailed structural treatment, the problems of waterproofing, leakage prevention, heat preservation, sound insulation, lightning protection and fire prevention were explained. The key points in each process were clarified and the specific technical measures were defined. The related factors were briefly analyzed, so that the installation quality of glass curtain wall can be effectively controlled.
