摘要
文章从通识教育与创新人才培养的内涵和关系入手,在分析当前我国高职院校开展通识教育的现状和存在的主要问题基础上,探讨了我国高职院校创新型人才培养目标下的通识教育实施路径,即树立正确的通识教育理念,构建完善的通识教育课程体系,建设一支素质高、专业能力强的师资队伍,建立和完善管理机构。
Starting from general education and innovative talents of meaning and relations in the analysis of the current status of General Education of Vocational Colleges and on the basis of the main problems discussed General Education path under Vocational College Innovative Talent Training target, which is to establish a correct concept of general education, to build a sound general education curriculum, to build a high-quality, professional ability of teachers, establish and improve the management mechanism.
