血清Gal-3、C1q水平与冠心病的相关性分析

摘要
目的分析血清半乳糖凝聚素-3(Gal-3)、补体C1q水平与冠心病的关系及其临床意义。方法收集2014年10月—2018年9月空军军医大学唐都医院心内科因胸痛不适入院治疗的患者134例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为造影正常(对照)组47例,冠心病组87例,检测所有受试者血清Gal-3、补体C1q、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及体质量指数(BMI)等指标,分析其与冠心病的关系。结果冠心病组患者血清Gal-3水平高于对照组,C1q水平低于对照组(t/P=15. 761/0. 000、19. 505/0. 000);不同颈动脉内膜中层厚度和斑块类型患者血清Gal-3、C1q水平比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);血清Gal-3、LDL水平与冠心病的发生呈正相关(r/P=0. 612/0.005,0.436/0.031),C1q水平与冠心病的发生呈负相关(r/P=-0. 527/0. 000);血清Gal-3、LDL-C水平是冠心病的独立风险因素(OR=6.940、4.267,95%CI=2.540~18.961、1.653~1.1.014), C1q水平为冠心病保护因素(OR=0. 144,95%CI=0. 055~0. 376)。结论血清Gal-3、C1q水平可以反映冠状动脉斑块状态,实时监测患者血清Gal-3、C1q水平有助于预测冠心病的发生并了解其病情。
        Objective To analyze the relationship between serum levels of Gal-3 and C1 q and coronary heart disease and its clinical significance. Methods One hundred and thirty four patients with chest pain and discomfort admitted to Tangdu Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from October 2014 to September 2018 were collected. According to the results of coronary angiography, 47 cases were divided into normal(control) group and 87 cases into coronary heart disease group. Serum galactose agglutinin-3(Gal-3), complement C1 q, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels and body mass index were measured in all subjects, and the relationship between galactose agglutinin 3, complement C1 q, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results The serum Gal-3 level in patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that in the control group, and the C1 q level was lower than that in the control group(t/P = 15.761/0.000, t/P = 19.505/0.000). Serum Gal-3 in patients with different carotid intima-media thickness and plaque type There was a statistically significant difference in C1 q levels(P<0.01). Serum Gal-3 and LDL-C levels were positively correlated with coronary heart disease(r/P = 0.612/0.005, r/P = 0.436/0.031), C1 q levels and coronary heart disease. The incidence was negatively correlated(r/P =-0.527/0.000); serum Gal-3 and LDL-C levels were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease, and C1 q levels were protective factors for coronary heart disease(OR =6. 940,OR =4. 267, OR =0. 144,95% CI =2.540 to 18.961, 1.653 to 11.014, 0.055 to 0.376). Conclusion Serum levels of Gal-3 and C1 q can reflect the status of coronary plaque. Real-time monitoring of serum levels of Gal-3 and C1 q can help to predict the occurrence of coronary heart disease and understand its condition.
