摘要
教育研究能力对于教师和师范生而言都至关重要。当下教育情景下,在职教师从事科研有四大瓶颈:专业研究文献获取途径不畅通、缺乏采集信息的专业能力、数据分析能力不足、缺乏专业研究人员的指导。师范生的研究通常:远离基础教育场域、对研究结论的解释力欠缺、研究方法单一。秉着"优势互补、互促共赢"的原则,组建了"在职教师+师范生+大学教师"三方协同研究共同体,开展合作研究项目,有效促进了教师和师范生研究能力的提高。
Educational research ability is very important for both teachers and normal college students. Under the current educational situation, there are four bottlenecks for in-service teachers to engage in scientific research: blocked access to professional research literature, lack of professional ability to collect information, inadequate data analysis ability, and lack of guidance from professional researchers. Normal college students' research is usually far away from the field of basic education, lack of explanatory power of research conclusions, and have only a single research method. In accordance with the principle of "complementary advantages, mutual promotion and win-win situation", a tripartite cooperative research community of "in-service teachers + normal college students + university teachers" has been established to carry out cooperative research projects, which effectively promotes the improvement of research ability of teachers and normal college students.
