摘要
文章认为实践应用能力和创新能力是对立统一的两种能力,不同层次的高等院校应该各有侧重。研究型大学应侧重以培养创新能力为主,兼顾实践应用能力培养,教学型、教学科研型高校应该侧重实践应用能力为主,兼顾创新能力培养。作为教学科研型地方院校的财税专业,为实现人才培养目标实施了分类分层培养模式改革,并通过整合校内外资源建立校内外一体化实践基地,实施教学范式改革,以实现两种能力的有机融合。
The article believes that practical application ability and innovation ability are two kinds of capabilities of opposite and unified, and different levels of higher education institutions should have different emphasis. Research-oriented universities should focus on cultivating innovation ability and taking into account the cultivation of practical application ability. Teaching-oriented universities should focus on practical application ability and take into account the cultivation of innovation ability. As the finance and taxation specialty of teaching and research-oriented local colleges and universities, the reform of classified and stratified training mode has been carried out to achieve the goal of talent cultivation. By integrating the resources inside and outside the school, the integration practice base inside and outside the school has been established, and the reform of teaching paradigm has been carried out to realize the organic integration of the two abilities.
