卧式分离器清砂工艺技术改进与应用

摘要
针对缓冲罐清砂过程中可能出现的池内液面过低、污水提升泵负载运行中主要部件碾磨产生高温并引爆油气等问题,开展了卧式分离器清砂工艺研究。通过携排砂采油工艺(软件)与大罐自动排砂工艺(硬件)的结合,进行室内水力排砂、射流泵喷嘴和喉管尺寸优化等实验,确定了分离器的最优结构和工艺参数,制定出适合清砂池排砂、提砂的一套新工艺。该工艺2016年10月在港西油田西三接转站进行应用并获得成功,具有流程简单、实用、可靠的特点,同时也达到了安全、环保、节能的目的,长轴液下泵安全隐患也将彻底解决。2017年港西油田其余的4座接转站也采用新工艺进行生产,稳定清砂24次,累计清砂约26 m~3,年节约维护成本150万元,为含砂比高的油田清砂提供了借鉴。
        In the sand draining process of buffer tanks,problems such as the liquid level in the pool is too low, in load operation the main components of the sewage lifting pump are ground and generate high temperature and detonate oil and gas. In view of above problems,study of the sand cleaning process for the horizontal separator is carried out. Through the combination of the sand draining oil production process(software) and the large-tank automatic sand draining process(hardware), the laboratory optimization experiments of hydraulic sand draining,jet pump nozzle and throat tube size are conducted, the optimum structure and process parameters of the separator are determined, and a new set of process suitable for sand draining and extraction is developed. The process was applied in Xisan Transfer Station of Gangxi oilfield in October 2016 and achieved success. It has a simple, practical and reliable process,and at the same time achieves the purpose of safety,environmental protection and energy saving. The safety hidden danger of the long axis submerged pump will be solved thoroughly. The remaining four transfer stations in Gangxi Oilfield also have adopted the new process to product in 2017. The new process has done sand cleaning 24 times steadily, and the accumulated sand cleaning amount is about 26 m~3. The maintenance cost can be saved by 1.5 million yuan per year, which provides reference for sand cleaning with high sand ratio.
