建国以来中国对外开放研究

摘要
建国以来,中国对外开放经历了建国初期与苏联等社会主义国家的蜜月期、中苏关系破裂后的困难时期、中美建交前的破冰期、改革开放后到1989年全面开放的探索期、加入世贸组织后的对外开放深化期等几个阶段。面对国际环境的改变,应继续坚持对外开放不动摇,以"一带一路"建设为契机,努力提升中国对外开放水平,促进中国经济持续健康发展。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China i 1949, China's opening to the world has gone through several stages, including the honeymoon period with the Soviet Union and other socialist countries in the first few years after the founding of the PRC, the difficult period after the breakdown of Sino-Soviet relations, the ice-breaking period before the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States,the exploratory period from the reform and opening up to the full opening up in 1989, and the deepening period of opening-up after China's accession to the WTO.Faced with the changes in the international environment, we should continue to unswervingly be open to the world and take the Belt and Road Initiative as an opportunity to enhance China's opening up to the world and promote the sustained and sound development of China's economy.
