摘要
国际法制计量组织推行IR46标准,以此为标准的智能电能表与现有智能电能表的最大差别就在于提升了计量部分的可靠性,在要求非计量部分具备程序升级功能的同时,不能影响计量部分的稳定工作。按照对IR46标准的解读,中国国家电网公司提出了"双芯"设计的思路,文章中将针对"双芯"电能表设计的实现进行探讨。
        Based on IR46 standard promoted by International Organization for Legal Metrology,the biggest difference between smart meters and existing smart meters is the improvement of the reliability of the metering part. While the non-metering part is required to have the program upgrade function,and the stable work of the metering part should not be affected. According to the interpretation of the IR46 standard,State Grid Corporation of China puts forward the idea of DualCore design,and we will discuss the realization of the dual-core meter design.
