摘要
本文针对一起500 kV GIS操作过程中发生的绝缘拉杆击穿故障进行了详细分析。通过气体成分检查、解体检查、返厂试验等手段,指出了故障原因并给出了相应建议。
In this paper, a detailed investigation of an insulating rod breakdown failure during a 500 kV GIS operation is presented. By means of gas component inspection, disintegration inspection and test in the factory, the cause of the failure is determined that the metal powder generated by the friction between the insulating rod slot and the bearing contaminated the chamber,and the recommended measures are given.
