2型糖尿病患者自我损耗现状及其对健康促进的影响

摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者自我损耗和健康促进的相关性。方法采取便利抽样的方法选取北京市4所医院于2017年1—12月住院治疗T2DM患者257例作为调查对象。调查其基本资料、自我损耗和健康促进水平。结果 T2DM患者自我损耗得分为175.66±6.47,得分率为73.19%,健康促进得分为87.82±6.41,得分率62.73%。T2DM患者自我损耗与健康促进呈显著负相关性(P<0.01),T2DM患者自我损耗各维度也均与健康促进各维度呈显著负相关性(均P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,女性、高龄、病程久、高血压、吸烟、焦虑抑郁明显和伴有并发症均是T2DM患者自我损耗的显著威胁因素(均P<0.01),而文化程度高、家庭人均收入高、运动程度高、睡眠质量好和血糖控制理想均是T2DM患者自我损耗的显著保护因素(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者自我损耗程度较明显,可间接降低健康促进行为。
[Objective]To analyze the correlation between ego depletion and health promotion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).[Methods] A total of 257 T2 DM patients hospitalized in four hospitals of Beijing from January to December in2017 were selected by convenient sampling. Their basic data, ego depletion and health promotion level were investigated.[Results] The ego depletion score of T2 DM patients was 175.66 ±6.47, the score rate was 73.19%, and the e score of health promotion was 87.82 ±6.41, the score rate was 62.73%. There was a significant negative correlation between ego depletion and health promotion in T2 DM patients(P<0.01), and the dimensions of ego depletion were significantly negatively correlated with the dimensions of health promotion(P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that women, old age, long course of disease, hypertension, smoking, anxiety and depression, and complications were significant risk factors for ego depletion in T2 DM patients(P<0.01), while higher education, higher per capita family income, higher exercise level, better sleep quality and better blood sugar control were significant protective factors for T2 DM patients(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The degree of ego depletion is obvious in T2 DM patients, which can indirectly reduce health promotion behavior.
