摘要

高炉长寿是一项长期、全面、系统的工作,需要理论、实践操作、基础技术管理、设备管理紧密结合,才能实现。介绍了唐山国丰在耐材、砌筑、有害元素、冷却水质、炉壳老化、操作、管理理念、技术力量、检测手段等方面存在的影响高炉长寿的问题及所做的工作。同时提出了高炉长寿应重点研究的技术内容。
        To prolong the blast furnace life is a long- time,all- round and systematic work,its realization needs a tight combination of theory,practice operation,basic technical management and equipment management. It is introduced the existing problems and the work being done in Guofeng Company in refractory materials and their masonry,harmful elements,cooling water quality,furnace shell aging,operation and management ideas,technical strength,checking means and etc. At the same time it is proposed out the techniques to be studied as emphasis keys for prolonging the blast furnace life.
