摘要

介绍了唐山国丰钢铁公司炼铁厂通过采取措施,改善了烧结矿的冶金性能,优化了粒度组成,特别是采用外矿粉生产球团矿,大大降低了球团矿的成本。通过对四大制度的优化使综合焦比有较大幅度的降低,值得同类企业借鉴。
        It is introduced the measures in Ironworks of Tangshan Guofeng Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.to improve metallurgical properties of sinter,optimize grain size composition,especially in producing pellet with purchased iron ore powder and so reduce greatly the cost of pellet.The optimization of four systems makes the comprehensive coke ratio rather reduced,and offers a reference for other businesses.
