摘要
结合工程实例,阐述了河床基岩裸露且岩面陡峭条件下桥梁高桩承台加固施工成套技术。针对陡岩面河床上预制钢管桩施工技术、高桩承台施工中钢吊箱围堰施工技术中的难点问题,提出了新的桥梁高桩承台加固施工成套技术,并围绕施工技术原理、方案设计、施工工艺步骤等要点详述了该技术在工程中的应用。该技术可提高陡岩面河床上搭设钢平台的施工效率和施工安全性;在钢吊箱施工中可克服现有的钢模板焊接量大,钢封底模板难以回收等不足,提高桥墩高桩承台施工的可行性和经济性。
        Combined with engineering examples, the series of technologies for strengthening construction of the rise pile caps of the bridge on steep rock riverbed are elaborated in this paper. Regarding to the difficulties in the con-struction of prefabricated steel pipe piles on steep rock riverbed and the installation of steel suspension box coffer-dam during the construction of rise pile cap, a new series of technologies for strengthening construction of the rise pile caps of the bridge are proposed, and their application to practical engineering are described in detail from the aspects of technical principles, the design scheme, construction procedures and so on. The efficiency and safety of the construction of steel platform erected on the riverbed of steep rock are improved. The disadvantages of large welding volume of existing steel templates during steel hanging box construction and insufficient recovery of steel back cover templates are also overcomed, and the feasibility and economy benefits of the construction of rise pile cap for bridge piers are increased.
